A Master's Entry to Practice Nursing (MEPN) prepares a graduate with a previously earned bachelor’s degree to enter the nursing profession in a variety of settings.

The MEPN degree is a way adult learners can pursue nursing as a second career. Rather than earning a second undergraduate degree, non-nursing degree holders can become a nurse in a shorter amount of time and earn a higher level master’s degree.

What You’ll Study

The program utilizes a combination of course delivery methods including synchronous face-to-face classes, required clinical experiences in the Midlands area and online courses. Graduates will be eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
